1. Processing Time

All Ready-To-Ship orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If for any reason your order is delayed we will contact you.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Shipping on the silver pieces will be higher due to the compensation being more for high value items.

 

Estimated Delivery Times for Ready-to-Ship items : 

1-3 days UK shipping 

1-2 weeks International Shipping 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on other factors beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries except countries within the European Union (we are working on it)

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KatyaLena is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

 

5. Damages

KatyaLena is not liable for any products that has been damaged or lost during shipping. If you order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
