Returns

I always want you to be happy with your order so if you have any issues or the item arrives damaged please email me at hello@katyalena.com

If a return is the best option, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and looked over I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used, it may take a few days to reappear in your account.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and custom pieces cannot be refunded.
